Release scope: Full release only. The Trapezist encounter is not part of the standalone demo.
Choose the help you need
| Player task | Verified action | Focused guide |
|---|---|---|
| Defeat the Trapezist | Punch her thrown balls back at her | Fatal Performance |
| Avoid the fight | Bring the scalpel and use it on the support rope | Cut The Act |
| Get the required scalpel | Complete Whack-a-Clown, then keep the item for the encounter | Whack-a-Clown |
| Compare both outcomes | Check the preparation and achievement for each branch | Trapezist route comparison |
Gameplay role
In direct combat, the Trapezist throws the balls used for the Fatal Performance route. The support rope creates the alternative Cut The Act interaction when Mellow arrives with the scalpel.
The fight awards Fatal Performance. Cutting the rope before combat awards Cut The Act. These are separate outcomes, so save before the encounter if you want to restore and complete both branches.
Misery Town connection
The scalpel comes from the Whack-a-Clown and operation chain. Use the scalpel item page for its confirmed roles in the area and keep it after the operation if you want the non-combat outcome.
Character boundary
The visible encounter establishes the Trapezist as the Misery Town boss with fight and scalpel routes. It does not establish a complete biography or extra route conditions, so this page keeps those interpretations separate from the verified player tasks.
