How to get the red ball in Endacopia

The red ball comes from the medical-tent operation mini-game in Misery Town. You need the scalpel first, and that item is awarded by the whack-a-clown mini-game.

Get the scalpel

Finish the whack-a-clown mini-game and take the scalpel it provides. The scalpel is the required tool for the operation; reaching the medical tent without it will not close the red-ball task.

Clear the operation

Use the scalpel to start the operation mini-game. The important hitbox is the tip of the scalpel, not the full visible blade.

1. Watch the tip rather than the handle.
2. Guide that tip through the open center of the path.
3. Let the rest of the blade appear to overlap the boundary when necessary.
4. Move slowly through narrow corners instead of trying to fit the whole graphic inside the line.
5. Reach the end to complete the operation.

Use the red ball

Completing the operation supplies the red ball. Take it to the blue character at the porta-potty ball game. That follow-up asks for five balls in a row; the top row is the simplest line to aim for.
